- 2. Customer can trace any Swift payment with a valid reference number.
- 3. Citytouch does not ensure the delivery of the payment. Citytouch only supports tracking the current status of the cross-border payments initiated by City Bank PLC.
- 4. This facility is provided free of charge through Citytouch.
- 5. City Bank PLC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this facility without prior notification at any point of time.
